If you need to cancel or change your appointment, we kindly ask that you let us know at least 24 hrs in advance.
This allows us to offer the appointment to another patient who may be waiting.

Our Policy
Same-Day Cancellations
Appointments cancelled or rescheduled on the same day will incur a 50% fee of the booked service.
Missed Appointments (No-Show)
If you do not attend your appointment and do not notify us, a 100% no-show fee will apply.
Arriving Late
We recommend arriving 10 minutes before your session.
If you arrive late, we may not be able to extend your appointment time, and the full fee will still apply.
Future Bookings
Any outstanding cancellation or no-show fees must be settled before we can book your next appointment.
Emergencies
We understand that unexpected situations can happen.
In genuine emergencies, we may waive the fee at our discretion.
